Giving Back
At OJG, our commitment to sustainability extends beyond our environmental efforts to include meaningful charitable and community initiatives. Throughout the year, we support a range of organizations and causes through clothing and monetary donations, employee volunteerism, and internal fundraising efforts. These initiatives reflect our ongoing commitment to giving back and supporting communities in need.
Monetary Donations
As a socially responsible business, we recognize the importance of providing financial support to organizations and causes that align with our values. Through our Monetary Donations initiative, we collaborate with nonprofit organizations and community partners to support individuals and communities in need. Our contributions support a range of charitable causes and complement our clothing donation and community service efforts, allowing us to extend our impact beyond in-kind donations.
Our Partners
Please see below for a complete list of our partners. We value these relationships and look forward to continuing our collaboration and supporting the meaningful work they do in our communities.
Clothing Donations
We are committed to making a positive impact in our communities through various charitable initiatives. We collaborate with a range of partners to facilitate clothing and monetary donations, helping support individuals and organizations in need. In 2025, more than 40,000 units of clothing were donated from our offices to rehabilitation centers, domestic violence and family shelters, and animal rescue organizations. We also donate fabric rolls and samples to local schools to support educational programs.
Impact Days
Our Community Services program reflects our commitment to giving back and making a meaningful impact in the communities where we live and work. Through monthly volunteer efforts and special OJG IMPACT DAYS, our employees dedicate their time and resources to supporting meaningful causes. As part of our commitment to social responsibility, OJG provides employees with up to 36 hours of paid community service annually, encouraging active participation and fostering a culture of giving, engagement, and positive community impact.
